Positive: The location is amazing with an exceptional view. Sunsets can be seen from any of the three balconies or even the pool. There is a garage with 2 doors big enough for 4 cars, but you can also park your cars in front of the door on the street. There is an elevator from the garage to bring up groceries. Because of sahara dust, the pool was a bit dirty when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved by the host and we had a clean pool within 12h. The sea is in walking distance and there is a supermarket along the way. At the beach you have plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars. There is a bus going to Malaga downtown, but for the airport and other trips I would recommend to rent cars.
Negative: The house is fairly old, so it comes with its own vibe. All amenities are rather basic, but nevertheless working. Because the house is build on a hill, you have to climb stairs all the time and the elevator helps you up from the garage to the entrance.

Positive: The view was excellent. It was great that the house had the garden to have meals outside. The living rooms were beautiful.
Negative: The bedrooms looked quite old and could be refreshed. Some rooms did not had air conditioner, so it was quite warm during night time. Would be good to have extra bed sheets as well.

Positive: Lovely location near el palo, with very scenic views particularly during sunset. Large property for good price close to the beach. Very spacious. Easy Transport into the city.
Negative: some rooms had poor air conditioning, though this was mitigated by the number of fans available.
